Our Export Processing Performance
Export Processing Flow
FORM C30 Verification
Agent verifies FORM C30 with Nigeria Customs Service, Lilypond Export Command.
Diamond Star Registration
Upon receipt of verified FORM C30 from the Nigeria Customs, Agent engages Diamond Star frontdesk@dsptafrica.com or visits Diamond Star Export Processing Terminals with a copy of the verified Form C30, Letter of Authority, and Windows application letter for registration and record purposes.
Windows Access Grant
Upon registration, Diamond Star grants windows access to Agent for onward booking.
EPT Gate-in Form Completion
Agent logs in to Diamond Star Gate-in Portal and completes the EPT Gate-in form by providing all of the required information for export containers.
Advance Booking Requirement
Booking must be made 10 days before the vessel's arrival date.
Invoice & Payment Processing
Diamond Star issues an invoice based on booking confirmation with shipping lines. Upon receipt of payment, EPT Gate-in Approval is granted to Agent.
Gate-in Access Authorization
Agent prints Diamond Star Gate-in approval and gives a copy to driver, which he shall present for gate-in access into the terminal.
Final Clearance Follow-up
Agent follows up with Customs and Other government agencies for final clearance at Diamond Star Export Processing Terminals.
ETO Call-up Coordination
Diamond Star forwards schedule of duly released export containers by the Customs to Truck Transit Park Ltd (TTP) for ETO Call up. Note: Only Trucks that are MSS (Minimum Safety Standard) certified are acceptable for call up.
Port Terminal Movement
Trucks are manifested and moved to Port Terminals upon request by NPA task force.
